 Moving with Ease

 

The following classes are offered virtually online via zoom.

 

1. Stretch - Flex - Relax

This series of easeful movements is done mostly sitting on a chair or stool. This class is for people with differing abilities, and well suited for people with any aspect of compromised physicality: chronic pain, tense muscles, stiff joints, joint replacements, etc. Through a combination of gentle exercises from mat pilates, yoga, Franklin Method, use of small props (that you have at home) and meditative time, you will:

- Gain better balance
- Improve coordination
- Increase flexibility
- Relax the mind & body

 

 

2. Gentle Yoga

Join me in this gentle mind-body practice that offers a wide range of benefits:

- Lower stress levels
- Increase flexibility
- Gain better balance
- Increase focus
- Improve respiration
- Relax the mind and body
3. Mat Pilates

This mind-body practice helps you to:

- Strengthen core muscles
- Improve quality of movement
- Build muscle strength & tone
- Improve flexibility
- Gain better balance
- Increase awareness of body and mind

 

Class Options:

1. Private individual sessions
  - 30 minutes per session:  $180 for a package of 6 sessions
  - 55 minutes per session:  $300 for a package of 6 sessions

 

2. Small group of 2 or more
  - 30 minutes per session:  $90 per person for a package of 6 sessions
  - 55 minutes per session:  $120 per person for a package of 6 sessions

 

Upon registration, I will contact you to establish the day and time of your class, and to arrange for payment. Full payment is due prior to the start of the first session.
